Group Compliance Disclosure: Soft-Master LTD operates its information security and privacy management systems (ISMS/PIMS) in coordination with SDefender, a specialized security entity within our corporate group. All infrastructure security, data protection controls, and regulatory compliance (including ISO 27001 and ISO 27701) are managed and maintained by SDefender on behalf of Soft-Master LTD.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Contact details and billing information required for contract fulfillment.
- Technical Logs: IP addresses and network metadata necessary for security monitoring and DDoS prevention.
- Service Data: Soft-Master LTD provides the infrastructure where your data is stored, but we do not access or process the content of your databases or applications.
3. Shared Responsibility & Data Ownership
- Client as Data Controller: The Client remains the sole owner and "Controller" of any personal data.
- Soft-Master LTD as Data Processor: We act as a "Processor" (or "Holder" under Israeli law). We provide the secure "container," but the Client is responsible for the data inside, including encryption.
- No Access Policy: Soft-Master LTD staff has no administrative access to the Client’s virtual machines or databases.
4. Compliance with Regulations
- GDPR: We process data in accordance with GDPR principles.
- Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations: Soft-Master LTD implements the technical and organizational security measures required by the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security) 2017.
5. Data Security
Soft-Master LTD employs industry-leading security controls, including physical access control to data centers, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and regular security audits of the hosting environment.
